Position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends. Nurses will float between units as needed. The expected patient ratio is 1:5 during the day shift. Experience with the charting system required. Candidates should possess skills in blood product administration, central line care, and telemetry monitoring. Must have the ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage IVs and feeding tubes. The unit supports interdisciplinary care, including physical therapy and respiratory services. Understanding of isolation precautions and management of dysrhythmias is essential. Candidates must commit to working three holidays during the contract duration. References covering one year of experience within the last three years are required. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. All personnel will be provided with necessary communication devices for duties.
