Production Worker - Job Description

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company standards.
• Load and unload materials and components from production equipment.
• Monitor machines during production and report mechanical or quality issues.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defective or damaged products.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Use hand tools and power tools as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the production area.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
