What We’re Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist Strong experience in outpatient settings with a proven ability to manage a full caseload. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — someone who naturally connects with patients and earns their confidence. Passion for patient education and empowering individuals to take ownership of their recovery. Comfortable engaging with referring physicians and contributing to community outreach.
