Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers in understandable terms, and plan discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care. Participate in departmental initiatives and demonstrate effective communication with all rehab team members. Facilitate professional growth, development, and overall improvement of departmental performance. Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, discipline‑specific therapy services, and program delivery design. Qualifications Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
