CDL-A OTR/Regional Company Truck Driver.

CDL-A Truck Drivers | Fulltime W-2 | Dry Van and Flatbed Openings | Monday-Friday

• Paid on a percentage of linehaul revenue
• Drivers Average $1,200 to $1,600 Weekly
• Mixture of Dry Van and Flatbed or Conestoga Loads
• Load and unload with telehandler forklifts
• Must Be Able To Drive Manuals, Must Have Flatbed Experience
• Monday-Friday , Out 3-4 Nights Per Week, some weekends

Equipment

• Kenworth T680s: NEW trucks added as volume grows
• Manual 10-speed Transmissions
• Average 2,000 to 2,500 miles weekly

More About This Job

• Operate commercial vehicles including tractor trailers to transport goods to designated locations.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies to ensure safety and legal operation of the vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery records as required by law.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues.

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Physically capable of tarping flatbed loads
• Must Be Able to Drive Manual Transmission to Apply - ALL TRUCKS MANUALS

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GPS and electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in long-haul or regional trucking routes.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good working condition, performing routine inspections, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Additionally, the role requires strict compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to guarantee safety on the road and minimize risks
