The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency nursing. They should possess the required certifications of ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC. The position involves caring for a diverse patient population, including traumas, STEMIs, psychiatric cases, cardiac issues, GI complications, and strokes. Candidates should demonstrate resilience, a strong work ethic, and teamwork abilities. The expected patient ratios are 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 for critical patients, and 6:1 for fast track patients. Equipment used includes electronic health records. The dress code allows for any color or print of scrubs, while non-scrubs, t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, and leggings are unacceptable attire.
