Logistics Specialist

Materials Shipment CoordinatorResponsible for accurately receiving all incoming materials/shipments and shipping all outgoing materials.Duties:Prepare all internal and FAA required shipping documentsPrepare all Bill of Lading and Export documentationCollect and compile all documents required for work order packet from RFI area and customer service representative for shipment of unitsProof and edit all documents for completeness or errorsVisually inspect units being shipped for any damageSchedule shipments for pickup as requiredPackaging of units and shipping as requiredReceive all incoming shipmentsMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform all tasks with the highest level of accuracyCross training in the inventory transactionsOther duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED.Several years of clerical experience preferred.Must be capable of operating computers and other office equipment.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Benefits:401k w/ company matchHealth Insurance w/ HSADental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife/AD&D InsuranceSupplementary optionsPaid Time OffEmployee assistance programJob is an onsite position located in LaGrange, GA
