Part-Time RecruiterAddison Group is partnering with a mission-driven organization in the Littleton area that is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting operations, leveraging AI tools in the hiring process, and working in a collaborative, values-based environment.Our client is looking for a detail-oriented recruiter to assist with recruiting support for open positions. This role will focus heavily on candidate sourcing and screening, utilizing AI technology to evaluate resumes against position requirements and hiring criteria. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Post and manage job advertisements across hiring platformsReview incoming applications and evaluate candidate qualificationsUtilize AI tools to compare resumes against job requirements and scoring criteriaDevelop candidate evaluation scorecards and hiring rubrics for open rolesPresent top candidates to hiring managers for further considerationCommunicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring processSend candidate disposition and rejection communicationsMaintain urgency and organization while supporting multiple active requisitionsQualifications:Previous recruiting experienceExperience using AI tools or technology to support recruiting workflowsStrong ability to assess resumes against job descriptions and hiring criteriaExcellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable working within a faith-based organizationAdditional details:Part-time contract opportunity28 hours per week with a consistent scheduleFully onsite position in Littleton, COContract expected to last 2–3 months with potential extensionParking available onsiteAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
