Therapist - Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing high-quality inpatient acute care physical therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedics and neurology. Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients conditions and develop individualized treatment plans aligning with clinical best practices.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic interventions targeting orthopedic and neurological recovery.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and hospital regulations.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapy objectives and home care strategies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid CA Physical Therapist license.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient setting.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic and neurology treatments.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS (AHA) certification.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Have reliable references from recent professional practice.
