Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Director of Operations (Warehouse & Delivery) for a leading beverage distribution client. This role will oversee all warehouse and delivery operations at a key San Antonio location, leading multi-shift teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operator and strategic leader who can drive performance through people, process, and data. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across inventory, fulfillment, and delivery while fostering a strong culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about developing teams and optimizing operations at scale. Day-to-Day Oversee all warehouse and delivery operations in San Antonio Lead day and night shift teams to ensure safety, productivity, and accuracy Manage receiving, inventory control, storage, replenishment, and outbound shipping Oversee delivery operations, ensuring efficiency and high customer service levels Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations Monitor and improve KPIs (productivity, accuracy, service, efficiency) Maintain warehouse facility, layout, and equipment standards Recruit, train, and develop managers, supervisors, and associates Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and teamwork Partner cross-functionally with Sales, HR, and Operations leadership Use data to drive continuous improvement and operational decisions Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on operational oversight We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
