In this role, you’ll provide essential support by implementing therapy plans, fostering greater independence and confidence in your students. Schedules are highly flexible—the COTA determines their weekly campus visits, ensuring you can effectively balance your professional and personal life.

What We’re Seeking:

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure
• Experience in school settings or a desire to work with children and adolescents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Adaptability: Comfortable working across 1-3 campuses as needed

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver direct therapy to students under the guidance of district Occupational Therapists
• Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and monitor progress
• Collaborate regularly with OTs and school staff to address student needs
• Document services and maintain accurate student records
• Support caseload management and creatively solve challenges in diverse education environments
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students
