Must-Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, avionics, or related technical environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience working with hand tools and small components
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, schematics, or technical documentation
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Highly Preferred

• Electronics assembly experience
• Avionics, aerospace, military electronics, instrumentation, or electromechanical assembly experience
• Soldering and de-soldering experience
• Experience using electronic testing equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Electronics education, technical school, military electronics training, or related background

Location Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to Wichita, Kansas if not local
• This is a 100% onsite position
• No remote or hybrid options available
