Machinist – Swiss Machines & 5-Axis CNC

Location: Middlefield, OH
Pay: $25.00–$38.00 per hour + $3.00 shift premium
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

What You'll Do

Operate advanced 5-axis CNC vertical milling machines and/or Swiss-style CNC machines to produce precision components.
Perform tool changes, adjust machine offsets, and optimize feeds and speeds.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot machining issues and help maintain consistent product quality.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe while performing routine machine maintenance.

What We're Looking For

CNC machining experience, ideally with 5-axis milling and/or Swiss-style CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications.
Experience with machine setups, tooling, offsets, and cutting parameters.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality inspection.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.

Pay & Benefits

$25.00–$38.00 per hour , based on experience
Additional $3.00 per hour shift premium
Monday–Friday schedule — no regular weekend schedule
