Project Manager Life Sciences & Commercial Projects Up to $155K

Our client is a well-established construction management firm experiencing continued growth throughout Massachusetts. They are seeking either an Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Manager (PM) to support a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, with a focus on life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, and industrial work. Our client is a full-service construction management firm headquartered in Hopkinton, MA, specializing in construction management, design-build, and program management services. Their project portfolio spans commercial, life sciences/biotechnology, utility and infrastructure, industrial/manufacturing, and institutional sectors. Known for their collaborative approach, they partner closely with clients throughout the preconstruction and construction phases to deliver value-driven solutions and successful project outcomes. Description Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation. Track project progression, costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Support project planning and execution across multiple active job sites. Participate in client meetings and provide regular project status updates. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project delivery standards. Utilize project management software to maintain accurate project records and reporting. Profile A successful Assistant Project Manager / Mid Level Pms should have: Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, MEP, Infrastructure, Industrial, or Commercial Construction. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of Hopkinton, MA. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Job Offer Assistant Project Manager: $75,000 - $105,000 base salary. Company vehicle and gas card provided for Project Managers. Paid Time Off (PTO).
