If you’re someone who has is positive, adaptable and intuitive, and has a genuine interest in the well-being of others around you, we invite you to discover how at Dolphin, together we can rise.Job SummaryThe Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.rack and update order statuses for clients.Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about products or services.Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any other relevant information.Ensure timely and professional responses to client emails and phone calls.Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, meetings, and presentations with clients.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.Coordinate the flow of information between the sales team and other departments.Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.Coordinate logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials for events.Manage hotel courtesy blocks for clients hosting events or weddings, ensuring room availability and facilitating reservations.Coordinate with hotel staff to secure special rates and amenities for event attendees.Assist clients in managing room blocksQualifications and Physical Requirements:Previous Sales experience preferredExcellent listening and sales skillsSitting for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr
