Leasing Consultant – Tampa, FL
Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Tampa, FL. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional with apartment leasing experience and Yardi CRM knowledge.
Requirements:
Previous apartment leasing experience required
Yardi CRM experience required
Strong sales and customer service skills
Professional communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
Manage leads and follow up with prospects using Yardi CRM
Process applications, leases, renewals, and resident paperwork
Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
Assist with resident retention efforts and community events
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Schedule:
Full-time position
Weekend availability required
Schedule may include Saturdays and Sundays based on community needs
