Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care to provide high-quality patient services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive nursing support in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
