Associate Accountant

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an Associate Accountant to join a well-established and collaborative accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes while supporting a variety of corporate and client accounting functions. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build their accounting career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records Assist with month-end close activities, including trial balances and account reconciliations Prepare monthly and quarterly client fee billings and monitor collections Process accounts payable, vendor payments, ACHs, wire transfers, and check runs Perform monthly bank reconciliations for corporate and client accounts Open and maintain bank accounts and assist with treasury management activities Prepare and maintain 1099 reporting and support annual IRS filings Maintain fixed asset records and assist with annual business property reporting Support annual audits and tax filings by preparing schedules and requested documentation Partner with leadership on special projects and process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr High Profile, Inc.
