Warehouse Specialist

FieldBridge Energy is looking for Warehouse Specialist in Casper, WY to work for worldwide provider of equipment and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $25.33 - $28.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | OT as needed + after-hours on-call rotation | Weekly pay every Friday | At $28/hr and 50 hrs/week for example, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,540 gross.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is looking for a Parts & Warehouse Specialist in Casper, WY. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

This role supports customer order processing, parts identification, and warehouse operations for an oil and gas equipment distributor. The ideal candidate brings a blend of customer service, ERP system proficiency, and hands-on warehouse experience including forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, generate sales orders, and submit quotations via phone, email, and fax in a timely manner
• Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship products accurately while maintaining inventory control and cycle counts
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks for material handling and movement throughout the warehouse
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, buyers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth order flow and on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate quotation and order files per company policies and participate in shop inspections and HSE activities

Required Qualifications

• ERP system experience required (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent)
• Forklift and reach truck operating experience required (sit-down propane and/or standup electric)
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of oilfield equipment preferred
• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints preferred
• High school diploma or GED highly preferred
