Per Diem RN - Float

Role Overview: The Per Diem RN I provides direct nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort in accordance with professional standards. Key Responsibilities Applying clinical nursing skills to deliver quality patient care. Using equipment and supplies for diverse patient needs, including CPR, oxygen, and IV therapy. Travel within the region as needed. Participating in new grad preceptoring programs and supervision when applicable. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved RN program. At least 1 year of RN experience or previous LVN experience. Valid Texas RN license and current BLS certification. Ability to work 5 shifts per month and respond to holiday shifts. Strong computer skills, CPR, oxygen, IV therapy experience, and CRT skills. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, specialty certification, ACLS.
