Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Imaging Specialist to join an expanding team of imaging professionals committed to providing outstanding care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, clearly explaining each phase with empathy
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures within the electronic medical record system
• Stay informed about advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• C_completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred_

Certifications Required

• Valid certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent organization
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
