Terms I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States Spherion is seeking motivated candidates to join NuProduce in Bowling Green, OH as Temp-to-Hire Production Associates. Openings are available across multiple key departments, including Repack, Roller Room, Onion Room, and Fruit & Veggie Room. Associates will assist with food preparation, packaging, sorting, and processing in a cold environment. Plentiful overtime is available, with shifts running 12 to 14 hours daily to support active production backlogs. Responsibilities Cold Environment Capability: Ability to comfortably work long hours in a cold manufacturing environment (maintained around 38?F). Stamina & Availability: Ability to work extended 12- to 14-hour shifts during peak production. Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Strict adherence to site hygiene rules?NO jewelry, NO piercings, NO nail polish, and NO fake nails permitted under any circumstances. Proper Footwear & Dress: Must wear steel toe or composite safety boots (waterproof/composite recommended for warmth) and pants with no holes. Tool Usage Safety: Willingness and ability to wear mandatory cut-resistant gloves when operating knives for fruit and vegetable cutting. Working hours: Various Shifts Available Skills Food Processing / Packaging Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, assembly, repack, or food processing environments. Adaptability: Ability to perform tasks flexibly across different departments (Repack, Roller Room, Onion Room, Fruit & Veggie Room). Education High School Experience 0-1 years Qualifications Work Schedule: 5 days per week, scheduled Monday through Saturday (Sundays off). Staggered start times are 8:00 AM and 10:00AM assigned during the first week. Must be open to 12- to 14-hour shifts. Part-Time Option: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis (requires a minimum commitment of 2 full days per week from shift start to finish). Facility & Policy Compliance: Zero tolerance for marijuana anywhere on the premises or inside personal vehicles. Tobacco and vaping strictly limited to personal vehicles or designated outdoor areas during official breaks. Breakroom & Storage Rules: No food or drinks permitted on the production floor or in lockers. Drinks must remain on breakroom tables, and lunchboxes on designated shelves. HR Pre-Approval: All candidates must be submitted and pre-cleared by HR prior to start date confirmation to verify previous employment eligibility.
