COTA - Travel Contract

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, NH. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining daily living and functional skills. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active New Hampshire COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow treatment plans under a supervising OT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel contract experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs and ADL training preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
• Candidate may be required to float to other local facilities as needed.
