About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Franchise Development to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance, leadership, and growth of both company-owned and franchised restaurant operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can provide direction to improve sales, profitability, and guest experience while championing the company's service promise. The VP will also be a key partner to the CEO in identifying and developing franchisees for long-term growth and will lead the operational planning and execution of new restaurant openings. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations & Franchise Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a degree in business, hospitality, operations, finance, or marketing. A minimum of 10 years' progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience is required, with a strong background in working with franchisees and independently owned operators. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in developing and executing hospitality and guest experience strategies, as well as improving restaurant performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial performance, P&L management, and key operating metrics, and will be adept at strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
