About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, energetic  Restaurant District Manager to lead multiple quick-service restaurant locations throughout St. Louis City. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development across the district.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who knows how to build strong General Managers, improve restaurant performance, and create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant management teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple QSR locations.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor performance, food cost, and overall P&L results.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational reviews, and performance follow-ups.
• Establish clear goals and action plans for each location.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing management talent.
• Build a strong pipeline of future restaurant leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze restaurant performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with General Managers to resolve operational, staffing, and guest-service challenges.
• Support local marketing initiatives and strategies designed to increase sales and guest loyalty.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant teams and promote a positive, high-performance culture.
• Communicate district results, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a QSR environment.
• Proven success leading and developing General Managers and restaurant management teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, sales, and controllable expenses.
• Demonstrated ability to improve restaurant sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze business results and turn data into actionable plans.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and restaurant operational standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurants.
