Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions tailored to client needs and clinician strengths.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and objectives.
\n
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Engage in regular collaboration with our clinical team and external providers to coordinate holistic client care.

• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and training sessions to continually advance professional skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our clinic serves individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, allowing you to specialize in certain areas or work broadly across multiple client needs.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Arizona; only fully licensed candidates will be considered.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, community, or private practice settings.

• Strong commitment to ethical practices and a client-centered care approach.
\n
• Excellent organizational skill and verbal/written communication capabilities.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and comfort with telehealth platforms; training will be provided.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.

• A background in conducting group therapy sessions or workshops is a plus.
