Global Spare Parts Support Specialist

A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage customer calls related to spare parts. The role involves entering orders, assisting customers with technical inquiries, and maintaining inventory records. Successful candidates will demonstrate problem-solving skills, effective communication, and proficiency with software applications. An Associate's Degree is required, along with at least one year of experience in customer service. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
