Position Overview

ProTouch Staffing is seeking two Business Analysts for a contract opportunity supporting business operations, process improvement, data analysis, and system initiatives.

The Business Analyst will conduct moderate to complex analysis within assigned areas, monitor resources, evaluate business processes, and present historical information and trend analysis to support departmental effectiveness and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate approved business requirements into Kahuna .

• Maintain system libraries, mappings, and role assignments.

• Update system content as requirements evolve.

• Support new population and user rollouts.

• Configure Kahuna workflows and system settings.

• Support system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Partner with Oracle on integration testing.

• Validate data flows into Oracle Talent Profiles.

• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions.

• Maintain system interfaces and extensions.

• Monitor data quality and resolve system-related issues.

• Coordinate system releases and vendor support activities.

• Monitor resource consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Prepare analyses to evaluate and improve existing processes.

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and support new or expanded services.

• Develop trend analysis reports to monitor key performance indicators and compare results against internal and external benchmarks.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational capacity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

• Implement and monitor process improvements to ensure successful outcomes.

• May provide supervision or direction to clerical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant business experience , preferably within healthcare.

• Knowledge and understanding of financial and/or business practices supporting business operations.

• Strong data-mining, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Advanced computer skills, including strong proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and word-processing applications.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.

• Experience supporting business systems, integrations, testing, or data validation is highly desirable.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Compliance Requirements

• Seasonal flu vaccination is required.

• Annual TB skin test is required.
