About the Role We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and creative Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our firm’s online presence. In this role, you will own our social media strategy from end‑to‑end—translating big ideas from senior leadership into actionable campaigns, managing media production, and driving organic growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Content Planning: Develop, execute, and maintain a detailed, proactive social media content calendar that aligns with firm goals and brand voice. Team Supervision & Production: Lead and direct internal social media team members and oversee the videographer to ensure high‑quality visual and written content. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to capture their ideas, insights, and vision, turning them into compelling content plans. Project Management & Ownership: Independently drive social media projects forward from ideation to execution. Set performance targets and manage workflows efficiently to require minimal supervision from the Department Manager prior to final sign‑off. Performance & Growth: Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and continuously optimize content strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. Qualifications & Requirements Required Experience: Proven experience independently owning and running social media strategies for a business or organization. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage team members, direct creative talent (such as videographers), and keep production schedules on track. Self‑Motivated & Autonomous: Exceptional project management skills with a strong track record of setting goals, solving problems independently, and driving results to completion. Communication & Professionalism: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work directly with senior executive stakeholders.
