Job Description

An established third-party logistics (3PL) company located in Brickell, Miami , is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in freight brokerage and transportation operations.

This opportunity is ideal for a logistics professional who has hands-on experience managing shipments and is looking to join a structured, collaborative, and performance-driven organization. Responsibilities

• Manage full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments from pickup through final delivery.

• Coordinate transportation activities across the United States and Canada.
\n
• Communicate directly with carriers, customers, and internal Sales teams.
\n
• Track multiple shipments simultaneously to ensure on-time service.
\n
• Identify and resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, and service disruptions.
\n
• Maintain accurate load information, shipment records, and transportation documentation.
\n
• Ensure shipment accuracy and compliance with internal operating procedures.
\n
• Proactively communicate updates and service issues to customers.
\n
• Contribute to a collaborative, efficient, and accountable Operations team.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Minimum of 1–2 years of direct experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerage environment required.
\n
• Hands-on experience managing both FTL and LTL shipments from start to finish required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple active shipments simultaneously.
\n
• Experience communicating and negotiating directly with transportation carriers.
\n
• Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian freight transportation operations preferred.
\n
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Ability to make decisions quickly and remain effective under pressure.
\n
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following established processes.

• Strong team-oriented mindset and a commitment to customer service.
