Relocation assistance may be provided.What You Will Get To Do:As the IFC Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 50-65 systems engineers, software engineers, project managers, and architects across multiple domains and disciplines. The successful candidate should be detail oriented, be able to work collaboratively with multiple teams and disciplines, and be able to communicate clearly with DevStar leadership and external customers.The selected candidate will provide technical project leadership and drive integration of products across multiple sub-teams. The candidate will be expected to lead the planning, execution, architecture and design, feature development, and metrics of all program Integrated Functional Capabilities (IFCs). Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
