About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Project Management to establish and lead a high-performance PMO. This role is pivotal in the organization, as the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex electrical equipment projects, particularly for large-scale data centers. The VP of Project Management will be tasked with building and scaling the PMO, driving execution on critical customer programs, and ensuring world-class delivery. Key responsibilities include PMO leadership and execution, cross-functional delivery, team leadership, customer and commercial management, and systems and continuous improvement. The role demands a strong operator mindset, the ability to manage large project portfolios, and a focus on execution and outcomes. Applicants for the Vice President of Project Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' project management experience in relevant manufacturing, EPC, industrial systems, or ETO environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building or scaling a PMO, delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and managing large project portfolios. Strong financial acumen, risk management capabilities, and experience in implementing project management tools and systems are essential. A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred, along with a background in data center infrastructure or mission-critical power systems. The role requires a leader who can operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is adept at leading through ambiguity to build structure and processes.
