Physician - OB/GYN

As an OB/GYN Doctor at Mary Rutan Hospital, your job will be to: Work four days each week for seeing patients, plus one day for office work (this can be done from home). Provide complete care for women’s health, both in the office and in the hospital. Perform surgeries, including cesarean sections (C-sections) and other gynecologic surgeries. Attend about one delivery per day (around 360 babies born each year). Share on-call duties with other doctors (you will be on call about once every four days, including weekends). Travel to different clinic locations as needed. Use Meditech Expanse software for notes and patient care. Work together with other doctors, nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and other health teams. Help maintain a safe and caring environment for patients. Qualifications Must be Board Eligible (within one year of finishing training) or Board Certified in OB/GYN – this is required. Completed a residency program in OB/GYN from an accredited school (ABOG or AOA) – this is required. Must have an Ohio medical license (or be willing to get one) – this is required. Must have a DEA license (or be willing to get one) – this is required. A clean history of malpractice and licensure is preferred – this is highly preferred. You must be able to reach the hospital within 30 minutes when you are on call – this is required. Additional License Requirements Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
