Monitor product quality and production output, identifying defects and addressing issues to maintain standards. Perform packaging tasks including assembling cartons, filling products, labeling, and ensuring quantities meet shop order requirements. Maintain accurate daily production records and communicate any current or potential production issues to leadership. Support overall production goals by coordinating with team members and adjusting equipment (e.g., gauges, labelers, scales) as needed. What makes you a good fit High school diploma / GED required. Be able to work 1st shift 6:00 am- 2:30 pm Monday-Friday Passing of standardized cognitive company test(s). Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals. Proper training, protective equipment and instruction for safety practices will be provided. Able to perform the responsibilities and duties of the position. The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
