Operations Lead (A3, 3rd Shift)

CVG Hub Operations Lead Responsible for establishing and executing the policies and procedures necessary to manage the physical movement of outbound or inbound cargo within, into, and out of the hub. Ensures the entire process meets customer and internal requirements while being organized, efficient, and safe. Responsibilities Receives and processes packages/freight within the hub. Issues documents verifying the training process to applicable department(s). Ensures employee training meets company standards during package/freight processing. Works closely with new hires and tracks the progress of each employee. Multi‑tasks and directs multiple employees. Identifies and segregates non‑conforming and dangerous goods cargo. Skills & Qualifications Experience with training within Unloads, Primary, and Smalls areas. Leadership skills. Computer skills. Research skills. Good communication skills. Professional appearance.
