Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Accountability, Change, and Transformation (ACT) program. This position involves working in a medical setting with a focus on managing high volumes of medical alarms. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care while assisting with various duties within their RN scope.

Shift Details

Saturday and Sunday: 14:00 - 22:30
Wednesday to Friday: 06:00 - 14:30
Regular Days Off: Monday and Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing high volumes of medical alarms in the designated area.
Educate and guide custody staff on protocols for evaluating high utilizers of medical alarms.
Coordinate with team members to ensure safety and compliance within patient housing, maintaining a range of 20-40 patients.
Perform other nursing duties as assigned within the RN scope of practice.

Training

Training will consist of three weeks, and flexibility in scheduling for different days and hours may be required.

Location

This position is based in a medical facility located in a city within California.
