A specialty pharmacy in La Crosse, WI seeks a Pharmacist for a one-year travel assignment. This role offers a blend of long-term care and retail pharmacy responsibilities within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule:

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to patients in long-term care and retail settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal medication therapy management.
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide immunization services and patient education as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist License; candidates under Act 10 submission considered.
• Immunization certification required.
• Current CPR certification.
• PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
