Job Description We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with strongexpertise in test automation to ensure the quality, reliability, andperformance of Salesforce applications. The role involves close collaborationwith development and business stakeholders to validate Salesforcefunctionality, integrations, and enhancements across multiple releases. Thisposition requires hands-on experience with Salesforce platform components, APItesting, and modern automation frameworks in a hybrid onsite environment. Responsibilities Design,develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated testscripts for Salesforce applications. Performfunctional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules. Build,enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such asSelenium, Cucumber, Karate, or similar. ValidateSalesforce REST and SOAP APIs to ensure reliable system integrations. Writeand execute SOQL queries for data validation, test verification, andtroubleshooting. Collaborateclosely with developers to identify defects, debug issues, and verifyfixes. Participatein CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git and Jenkins. TestSalesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),Flows, and Process Builder. Maintainclear test documentation, results, and traceability using test managementtools. Communicatetesting progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Requirements Abilityto work onsite at client location in Phoenix, AZ (3 days per week). Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3–6years of QA experience, with 2+ years focused on Salesforce testautomation. Strongunderstanding of the Salesforce platform, including data model, Apex, LWC,Flows, and Process Builder. Hands-onexperience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber,Karate, or similar frameworks. Experiencetesting Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs. Familiaritywith Salesforce-related test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, orSalesforce-specific frameworks). Workingknowledge of Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools. Experiencewriting SOQL queries for test validation. Abilityto read and debug Apex code and LWC (preferred but not mandatory). Strongcommunication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
