Responsible for staff performance and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, department, and safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising quality patient care and acting as a liaison with patients and their representatives, physicians, and employees. xhyhwjd Responsible for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support(RN) Registered NurseBachelor's Degree RequiredMaster's Degree must be obtained within 6 months of employment start dateMinimum of 5 Years Required of Director Behavioral Health Experience or a seasoned Manager with 5+ years in a current acute care setting
