Job Description Description Our Production Team is Kind of a Big Deal! UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will be working as a team to clear out soiled products from our service trucks. This is where our production process begins every morning. UniFirst has a 5‑day work week, with Saturday and Sunday off, and provides on‑the‑job training for an immediate opening. What you’ll be doing Unload soiled products from trucks Separate products by type Weigh soiled products and hoist/store until next process Handle reductions and/or modifications to the customer’s account (adding or removing product) Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or manager Qualifications High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred Must be at least 16 years of age or older (18+ to operate machinery) Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts up to 40 lbs Basic mathematical operations using U.S. standard units of weight, volume, and distance About UniFirst The fabric of UniFirst is woven from its very unique family culture where Team Partners enjoy a small‑company feel while accessing the resources and stability of a $2 billion‑dollar organization.
