Job Details

• Conduct patient evaluations in either an inpatient or outpatient capacity, creating individualized treatment protocols
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall function
• Engage in collaborative efforts with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through the rehabilitation process, including educating them about therapeutic objectives and home exercise programs
• Document treatment protocols and progress meticulously per hospital and regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary care meetings and team rounds to ensure seamless patient transitions and care

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Physical Therapist state license
• CPR certification is preferred
• Any specialized certifications in fields such as neurology or geriatrics are advantageous but not mandatory

• Prior experience is highly preferred
