Family Medicine Physician (Queens) Job ID#: 4366 Position Type: Employee (Full Time) Location: Corona, NY Job Description We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to provide medical care to treat, prevent, and diagnose illness, disease, or injury. The physician will examine or conduct tests to provide information on medical status, analyze records, reports, test results, and/or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient, prescribe/administer treatment, therapy, medication and/or vaccination. The physician will also focus on explaining procedures and discussing test results on prescribed treatments with patient and advise patients and community concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention. The physician will collaborate with and non-physician providers (NP, PA, CNM, etc). The physician will perform other job-related duties as required by departmental needs/demands.
