Licensed Auto Claims Supervisor

Supervising a team of Commercial Auto Bodily Injury claims adjusters, the full-time Licensed Auto Claims Supervisor will manage complex litigation cases, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working fully remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and motivate a liability claims team to deliver high-quality service across varying caseloads Guide the claims team in accordance with company best practices and manage workloads for optimal efficiency Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 10 years related claims experience Active Adjusters license and appropriately licensed in all states where claims are handled At least 10 years of supervisory experience Demonstrated ability in handling Commercial Auto Liability Claims and overseeing claims adjusters
