This is a remote position. Job Overview: We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team full-time! In this role, you'll be cold calling leads (provided by us) and engaging with potential clients to set appointments. If you thrive on connecting with people and have a passion for communication, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Cold Call Specialist: Make outbound calls (and texts!) to potential clients, introducing our services and sparking interest in booking a meeting. Lead Management: Work through a provided list of leads daily, maintaining accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups. Appointment Scheduling: Successfully set qualified appointments for the sales team and ensure a smooth hand-off. Consistent Communicator: Follow up with prospects via call or text to maintain engagement and increase conversion chances. Who You Are: Confident Communicator: You're great at building rapport and love connecting with all types of people. Fluent English Speaker: You speak and understand English extremely well – your phone presence is clear and professional. Energetic & Enthusiastic: You bring positive energy to every call, keeping conversations lively and engaging. Self-Motivated: You're goal-oriented and enjoy taking initiative. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience calling rental properties or working in the real estate space.
