We are looking for a reliable, personable, and highly motivated team member to join our growing wholesale bread bakery!

 

As an Office member, you will help keep communication and information flowing between our customers, office staff, production team, and delivery operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

*Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately via phone, email, and text

 

*Engage with customers to identify and resolve concerns and challenges effectively

 

*Communicate changes, special requests, and order information between customers and our production, packing, and delivery team

 

*Serve as a friendly, professional, and dependable point of contact for our customers

 

*Take initiative and look for ways to improve office processes and communication

 

Job Requirements:

 

*Fluent in both English and Spanish — required

 

*Must be able to work weekends (8 AM-3 PM)

 

*Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

 

*Willingness to learn and grow, while working independently and as part of a team

 

Preferred Skills:

Strong computer skills

Previous office, administrative, customer service, food-service, or related experience preferred
