This professional-level position gives you the capacity for independent operations as you apply discretion and good judgment toward ensuring high-quality therapeutic care.ResponsibilitiesPerform well in stress and emergency situationsPerform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatmentPerform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directedPerform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurateCommunicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patientsRequirementsSuccessful completion of state board examinationCurrently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of WashingtonExperience in orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac patient management desirableAbout Mary Bridge Children'sFor more than 70 years, MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network has cared for children and families across the South Sound. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $49.36 - $78.25 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
