Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering exceptional guest experience. Collaborate with the management team to improve day-to-day operations. Assist the Executive Kitchen Manager in managing financial aspects of the operation. Cultivate relationships with employees to develop trust and maximize teamwork.
