We're looking for passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven Cocktail Servers to join our team! As a Cocktail Sever, you'll deliver warm, attentive service, share your knowledge of our menu, and bring positive energy to every table.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensuring all guest has an enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant experience.Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections to enhance the experience.Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions.Making managers aware of any special accommodation, such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen.Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.Check on guests during their drinks to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.  Requirements/Qualifications:Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/lounge.Strong knowledge of wine, and cocktails Ability to read, write and speak English fluentlyAbility to multi-taskA true passion for hospitality and guest connectionProfessional, polished appearance and demeanorAbility to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environmentExcellent teamwork and communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethicAvailable to work nights, weekends and holidaysMust be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as neededNo job description for any position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guests or required by the needs of the hotel.
