Cycle Counter

A Cycle Counteris responsible formaintainingaccurateinventory records by conducting routine counts of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This role plays a keypartin minimizing inventory errors and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform daily or scheduled cycle counts across warehouse zones

* Compare physical counts to system records and investigate discrepancies

* Use inventory software or WMS to record and reconcile variances

* Report damaged, missing, or misplaced items to supervisors

*Assistwith inventory audits, stock rotation, and location accuracy

* Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams tomaintaininventory integrity

* Follow safety and quality standards during all inventory activities

Skills & Qualifications:

* Basic math and data entry skills

* Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems

* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

* Ability to lift and move materials as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)required.

1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.

Experience using RF scanners, forklifts, or pallet jacks is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
