Job Description: OTR Truck Driver (Class A CDL) Company: Fourth Generation Trucking LLC Location: Black River Falls, WI (Home Weekly) Job Type: Full-time About Us Fourth Generation Trucking LLC is a growing, family-owned company that believes our drivers deserve the best. We specialize in dedicated, food‑grade hauls and operate with top‑tier, reliable equipment. Because we are expanding, we are looking for professional, motivated OTR drivers to join our tight‑knit team. We do not deal with spot market or brokered freight; instead, we offer stable, consistent lanes with customers who know us. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced OTR Truck Driver for a full‑time, dedicated opportunity. This position offers an exceptional work‑life balance with weekly home time for your resets. You will be assigned your own high‑quality, newer glider truck equipped with a manual transmission and Cat power—meaning no slip‑seating and no e‑logs (ELD exempt, paper logs required). Compensation and Benefits Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500 High Earning Potential: Pay is weekly and percentage‑based (26% of the truck's gross earnings). Our current drivers earn between $120,000 and $180,000 annually . Retirement & Insurance: 401k plan and company‑provided life insurance. Additional Perks: Paid Time Off (PTO), Rider Program, Pet Program, safety bonuses, and an annual Christmas bonus. Support: Weekly direct deposit and 24/7 support from our in‑house maintenance team featuring 3 full‑time mechanics to keep your truck running 100%. Flexibility: We take pride in accommodating our drivers' schedules and personal needs. Job Requirements Age & Experience: Must be at least 25 years old with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience. Licensing: Valid Class A CDL with a Tanker Endorsement is required. Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Technical Skills: Must be fully comfortable operating manual transmissions and maintaining accurate paper logs. Professionalism: Strong work ethic, pride in your equipment, and the ability to communicate respectfully and daily with dispatch.
